SOC 2

GDELT Cloud has not yet completed SOC 2 attestation. The Security page describes the controls we operate today and our position on formal attestation.

Our infrastructure providers — Vercel, Supabase, ClickHouse Cloud, OpenAI, Stripe, Resend and GitHub — each hold SOC 2 reports for their own services. Those reports cover each provider's layer only; they do not cover GDELT Cloud.

Contracts and invoicing

An Enterprise agreement or order form sets your scope, data rights and pricing in writing. Where it is silent, our published Terms of Service and Acceptable Use terms apply.

Enterprise agreements run for one to three years and are invoiced quarterly. Paying a year upfront takes 10% off standard recurring fees (not capacity quotes, one-off work or flexible overages). A paid pilot is invoiced once, or against your purchase order.

Getting your data out

Every record you can read is available through the REST API and MCP while your agreement is active.

Enterprise includes bulk downloads: monthly Parquet and gzipped CSV files of the coded Events, each published with a SHA-256 digest, byte size and row count.

Account data, saved Monitors and API keys follow the retention and self-service deletion terms in the Privacy Policy.
