Subprocessors

GDELT Cloud uses third-party subprocessors to operate hosting, the operational database, analytical storage, MCP infrastructure, agent observability, payments, and email. This page lists the current set and the data each one processes.

What is a subprocessor

A subprocessor is a third party that processes customer or operational data on behalf of GDELT Cloud to provide a specific service. Each subprocessor runs its own security and compliance programme and processes data only for the purpose described below.

We update this page when we add or materially change subprocessors. Commercial customers may request advance notice for material subprocessor changes as part of their agreement with GDELT Cloud.
