Construction begins at Queensferry One site in Rosyth’s Forth Green Freeport

On 2026-05-06, Scarborough Muir Group officially began site preparation works at the Queensferry One development in Rosyth with a ceremonial sod-cutting. The 110-acre project, part of the Forth Green Freeport, will initially support a new 50,000 sq ft industrial and logistics unit known as Q1 50.
