Council of Europe creates support mechanism for Ukraine’s special aggression tribunal

On 2026-05-15, the Council of Europe adopted a resolution in Chisinau to establish an Extended Partial Agreement for the Management Committee of the special tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine. The document was officially handed to Ukraine's foreign minister, Andrii Sybiha, at the 135th Ministerial Session chaired by Moldova.
