Israel orders evacuations in 11 towns and villages in south Lebanon

On 2026-05-03, the Israel Defense Forces issued an urgent warning ordering residents of 11 towns and villages in southern Lebanon to evacuate and move at least 1,000 metres away. The warning said Israeli operations against Hezbollah were imminent following what Israel described as a ceasefire violation. No casualties were reported in the warning itself.
