OCBC to buy HSBC wealth management and private banking portfolio in Indonesia

On 2026-05-04, OCBC said it will acquire HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking portfolio in Indonesia and transfer it to PT Bank OCBC NISP. The deal includes 336,000 customers and about SGD 6.6 billion in assets under management, expanding OCBC Indonesia's wealth and credit-card businesses.
