CapMan Infra acquires majority stake in HeliAir Sweden

On 2026-05-05, CapMan Infra agreed to acquire a majority stake in HeliAir Sweden, a Nordic helicopter operator and lessor. The deal gives CapMan Infra control of a company providing mission-critical aerial services for firefighting, utilities, defence, and other specialized uses.
