On 2026-05-07, Zak艂ady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma announced a voluntary public takeover offer for Romanian pharmaceutical company Biofarm at a valuation of EUR 270 million. Romanian investment funds Longshield Investment Group and Lion Capital, which together own 88.4% of Biofarm, said they had already accepted the offer.
