Diversified and Carlyle partner to acquire assets from Camino Natural Resources

On 2026-05-06, Diversified Energy Company and Carlyle announced execution of a purchase agreement to acquire a bolt-on portfolio of oil and natural gas properties and related assets from Camino Natural Resources. The assets are located in the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma, and the transaction is to be financed through an asset-backed securitization arranged by Carlyle.
