Hamilton County commissioners approve sale of the Business Development Center

On 2026-05-07, the Hamilton County Commission voted unanimously to declare the Hamilton County Business Development Center surplus, moving forward with a plan to sell the building that houses the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce's incubator program.
