Guinea thanks Morocco’s King for repatriating shipwreck survivors

On 2026-04-28, Morocco repatriated dozens of Guinean shipwreck survivors, with the first group arriving in Conakry from Dakhla on Royal Air Maroc. Guinea’s foreign minister thanked King Mohammed VI for the humanitarian return operation, and more voluntary return flights were expected in the following days.
