Fidelity to require employees back in office 5 days a week

On 2026-04-29, Fidelity Investments said it will require its Boston workforce and several other sites to return to the office full-time starting in September. The company also said it will retain its current Boston office at 245 Summer Street and plans to move workers to its new Commonwealth Pier campus.
