Nigerian military detains blogger over alleged incitement to soldiers

On 2026-05-03, the Nigerian Army arrested blogger and social media influencer Justice Chidiebere, known as Justice Crack, over allegations that he incited soldiers and attempted to misinform the public. The Army said the matter was under investigation for possible breach of its social media policy and subversive conduct. It said the blogger was handed over to civil authorities for further investigation and possible prosecution.
