Court convicts “Padrino” mastermind of fake advisers scam, banks cards delivery scheme

On 2026-05-06, the Paris correctional court convicted Mounir Outachfine, nicknamed "Padrino," and other members of a fake-bank-adviser scam network for organized fraud. The court handed Outachfine a six-year prison sentence, a 100,000-euro fine, and an arrest warrant, while other defendants received prison terms for the scheme that defrauded about 100 victims of more than 740,000 euros.
