Joel Morgan

Joel Morgan is a Seychellois politician and has been the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Transport since 2015. He has served as Minister of Home Affairs since 2010. The Office of the President has today announced the appointment of Mr. Joel Morgan as National Security Advisor to the President.
