Jennifer Short

Jennifer Marie Short is a retired United States Air Force lieutenant general who last served as the senior military assistant to the secretary of defense from October 2024 to February 2025. She served as the director of legislative affairs, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force. Prior to that she served as the deputy director for strategic planning and policy at United States Indo-Pacific Command.
