Jeffrey Leung

Jeffrey Leung, known as Fragile Bard online, is a human rights activist originally from Hong Kong and currently residing in the United States. He was subject to political persecution at age 15 for peaceful expression, fled alone to the US at age 16 to seek political asylum, and is since known for aiding dissidents under persecution in Hong Kong and China.
