Ernestina Godoy Ramos

Ernestina Godoy Ramos is a Mexican lawyer and civil servant who serves as federal attorney general. She previously served as Attorney General of Mexico City from 2018 to 2024. She was briefly a Senator of the Republic in 2024 before serving as Legal Counsel of the Federal Executive under President Claudia Sheinbaum from October 2024 to November 2025. On 3 December 2025, the Senate elected her to serve as the federal attorney general.
