Dominic Barton

Dominic Stephen Barton, known in China as Bao Damin, is a Canadian business executive, former diplomat, and author. Based in London, he is Chairman of Rio Tinto, one of the largest metals and mining companies in the world, and Chairman of LeapFrog Investments, a private investment firm focused on emerging markets and impact investing. He is also a board member of the Olayan Group, a family-owned global investment company.
