SCLC
Small-cell carcinoma, is a type of highly aggressive cancer that most commonly arises within the lungs, but can also occasionally arise in the cervix, prostate, bladder, and gastrointestinal tract. Compared to non-small cell carcinoma, small cell carcinoma is more aggressive, with a shorter doubling time, higher growth fraction, and earlier development of metastases.
