Oklahoma governor vetoes prescription reimbursement bill

On 2026-04-24, Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt vetoed Senate Bill 2074, which would have changed prescription drug reimbursement rules for pharmacies and pharmacy benefit managers. Stitt said in his veto message that the bill was "a step in the wrong direction" and argued it would further insert the state into the marketplace.
