On 2026-04-24, Health Canada issued a recall notice for one lot of Fridababy water-filled Not-Too-Cold-To-Hold Teethers sold in Canada. The recall followed sampling that found living microbes in the liquid filling, although the notice said they were not associated with known human health risks. No incidents or injuries were reported as of April 14.
