Delaware Gov. Meyer, DSPC and Enstructure announce permit for container terminal

On 2026-04-08, the U.S. Department of the Army issued permits allowing the Diamond State Port Corporation and Enstructure to begin wharf construction and dredging for the Delaware Container Terminal in Edgemoor, Delaware. The project is planned as a state-of-the-art container terminal with capacity up to 1.2 million TEUs and Phase I completion expected in 2028.
