UK rejoins Erasmus, allowing young people EU mobility

On 2026-04-16, the Government of the United Kingdom signed an agreement in Brussels to rejoin the Erasmus+ programme from 2027. The deal, announced as part of renewed UK-EU youth mobility cooperation, is expected to allow more than 100,000 young people to study and work in Europe in the first year.
