Putin calls for nuclear-weapon-free world at China Economic Net event

On 2026-04-30, Russian President Vladimir Putin made a public statement in Moscow in an address to the 11th NPT Review Conference. He said Russia, as a depositary of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, strictly abides by the treaty and called for building a nuclear-weapon-free world.
