Duke Endowment and MUSC launch multi-state initiative to improve maternal and infant health

On 2026-04-23, the Duke Endowment and the Medical University of South Carolina launched a multistate initiative to expand the H.E.A.R. 4 Mamas and Babies program across the Carolinas. The $13 million effort will support five health systems over four years to improve maternal and infant health through screening, referrals, and outreach.
