Obasa endorses Hamzat for Lagos governorship bid

On 2026-04-23, Lagos State House of Assembly Speaker Mudashiru Obasa publicly endorsed Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat’s governorship bid during Hamzat’s visit to Obasa’s official residence in Ikeja. Obasa said, “We love you, we support you, and we will do everything to ensure that we win the election.”
