Philippines, US and Australia hold joint maritime drills in West Philippine Sea

On 2026-04-12, the Armed Forces of the Philippines conducted a multilateral maritime cooperative activity with the United States and Australia in the West Philippine Sea. The drill involved Philippine Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard assets, along with U.S. and Australian naval and air units. It was described as the second such exercise this year and the 16th overall.
