Israeli occupation forces carry out incursion into Quneitra countryside, Syria

On 2026-04-09, Israeli occupation forces carried out an incursion into the village of al-Ejref in the Quneitra countryside of Syria. The force reportedly consisted of eight military vehicles and more than 30 personnel, established a temporary checkpoint, searched passersby, and then withdrew. No fatalities were reported.
