M2i Global stockholders approve merger with NYSE American SOAR

On 2026-04-28, M2i Global said its sole Series A Super Voting Preferred Stock holder approved the merger with Volato Group, under which M2i will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Volato. The announcement also said Volato’s special stockholder meeting was expected on May 7, 2026, and that the company had already received SEC effectiveness for the merger registration statement in 2025.
