King's Seafood Company announces purchase of Orange's O Sea

On 2026-04-10, King’s Seafood Company announced that it had acquired the O SEA brand and related intellectual property from O Sea in an asset purchase and strategic integration deal. The company said it would integrate founder Mike Flynn and key leadership team members into newly created senior roles, and O Sea said it would close after completion of the transaction.
