Mahindra & Mahindra to exit Turkish foundry, sells 99.04% stake in Erkunt Sanayi

On 2026-04-10, Mahindra & Mahindra announced it would exit its Turkish foundry business by selling a 99.04% stake in Erkunt Sanayi. The deal was reported as expected to close by July 30, 2026, after which Erkunt Foundry would cease to be a subsidiary of MOICML and M&M.
