Sun Pharma agrees to buy US-based Organon for $11.75 billion

On 2026-04-27, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries agreed to acquire all outstanding shares of US-based Organon & Co in an all-cash transaction valued at $11.75 billion. The boards of both companies approved the deal, which is expected to close in early 2027 pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.
