Hartree Partners completes acquisition of Touton SAS

On 2026-04-02, Hartree Partners, LP announced the completion of its acquisition of Touton SAS after customary closing conditions were satisfied and employee representative consultation was completed. The deal expands Hartree's commodities business and follows its July 2025 purchase of ED&F Man Commodities.
