Seoul hosts Central Asia–South Korea vice-ministerial meeting ahead of summit

On 2026-04-10, the Republic of Korea hosted a vice-ministerial meeting in Seoul with Vice Foreign Ministers from Central Asian countries to prepare for the first Republic of Korea–Central Asia Summit scheduled for September 2026. Korean Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Chung Eui-hae chaired the meeting, and both sides said they were ready to cooperate closely for the summit's success.
