Reform UK leader Lord Offord declares aim to win Holyrood election

On 2026-04-13, Reform UK Scottish leader Lord Malcolm Offord declared to the Press Association that his party was “in it to win it” at Holyrood and that he wanted to become Scotland’s first minister.
