ECOWAS launches awareness campaign on Community Court mandate

On 2026-04-23, ECOWAS launched a three-day sensitisation mission in The Gambia to raise awareness about the mandate, jurisdiction, and procedures of its Community Court of Justice. The effort was described as a public education drive to strengthen the court’s visibility across member states and improve access to regional judicial processes.
