Minnesota lawmakers revisit manufactured home park reform

On 2026-04-09, Emily Stewart of the CoNorth Cooperative told Minnesota lawmakers in St. Paul that out-of-state acquisition of manufactured home parks in the state is increasing. She cited recent park sales and urged attention to resident protections and aging infrastructure funding. The remarks were part of legislative consideration of reform measures this session.
