Oman highlights Najd and Suhar as proposed agricultural city hubs

On 2026-04-15, the Food and Water Security Committee of Majlis A’Shura held discussions with specialists from Oman's Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources and representatives of the Omani Agricultural Association in Muscat. The talks were part of an ongoing study on proposed agricultural cities and their role in food security, including investment opportunities and implementation challenges.
