UN Women and Equity Bank launch initiative to boost women-led businesses in Uganda

On 2026-04-02, UN Women and Equity Bank Uganda launched a partnership in Uganda to support women-led businesses with financial literacy, tailored financing, and entrepreneurship support. The initiative targets underserved communities and aims to improve access to affordable credit for women-owned enterprises.
