Kaiser says contracts with all Alliance Union members are ratified

On 2026-04-17, Kaiser Permanente announced that more than 52 collective bargaining agreements had been ratified for union employees represented by the Alliance of Health Care Unions. The agreements cover more than 61,000 employees, including more than 3,200 in Hawaii, after nearly 11 months of negotiations.
