Investigation opens into racism, hate and violence against First Nations

On 2026-04-30, the Joint Standing Committee on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs began interstate public hearings in Sydney for an inquiry into racism, hate and violence directed at Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
