Kefiano enters Plateau governorship race, promises an inclusive government

On 2026-04-27, Chief Kefas Wungak Ropshik, popularly known as Kefiano, disclosed in Kanke, Plateau State that he intends to contest the 2027 governorship election on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party. He said the gathering was to test public support and stressed that it was not yet an official declaration.
