Nigeria and UN resolve to deepen women and youth empowerment cooperation

On 2026-04-10, Nigeria’s Vice President Kashim Shettima hosted a United Nations delegation led by Assistant Secretary-General for Youth Affairs Felipe Paullier at the Presidential Villa in Abuja. The meeting focused on deepening cooperation on women’s and youth empowerment through financial inclusion, skills development, job creation, and peace and security.
