Beijing rolls out spring support measures for small companies

On 2026-04-13, the Central Government of China rolled out this year's "Spring Rain to Nurture Seedlings" support campaign for micro and small businesses, adding 15 service measures and expanding participation to nine ministries and commissions. The measures are aimed at improving communication, compliance support, innovation, and financing access for small firms and individual businesses.
