On 2026-04-02, JACDEN Limited repaid customs duties it had saved after the University Hospital of the West Indies allegedly used its tax-exemption status to import goods on its behalf. Public Accounts Committee chairman Julian Robinson disclosed the repayment on Radio Jamaica's Beyond the Headlines programme.
