Sybiha discusses Hungarian elections and unblocking €90 billion loan with Kallas

On 2026-04-14, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha held a phone call with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas. They discussed security strengthening, the Middle East, Hungarian election results, and the need to unblock the EU reparations loan for Ukraine worth EUR 90 billion. The call also included coordination of future contacts and support for Ukraine.
