ADC Party vows international petition over INEC chair Mahmood Amupitan sacking

On 2026-04-11, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) said it would update petitions to foreign governments, the Nigeria Bar Association, and other institutions over allegations concerning INEC Chairman Mahmood Amupitan. The party also said Amupitan must resign and warned it would escalate civil disobedience until he leaves office.
