Ukrainian Red Cross fully integrated into state civil protection system

On 2026-04-21, Ukrainian Red Cross Society director general Maksym Dotsenko said that all regional organizations of the URCS had been integrated into Ukraine's Unified State Civil Protection System. He made the remarks at the second national forum "Humanitarian Architecture and Civil Protection Development in Ukraine."
