Liberia Civil Service Agency enforces NDA rollout and expands reform agenda

On 2026-04-21, Liberia Civil Service Agency Director General Dr. Josiah Joekai announced a National Non Disclosure Agreement rollout and related civil service reforms at the Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs and Tourism press briefing in Monrovia. He said all civil servants would be required to sign the agreement by May 1, 2026, with enforcement measures including payroll blockage and dismissal for noncompliance.
